The main purpose of this book is to provide students and practitioners with a ready reference of collected materials relevant to the study and practice of Private International Law and International Civil Procedure. It covers selected Turkish laws and international agreements pertaining to Turkish Private International Law, Nationality Law and Alien Law. It is worthwhile to note that the English translations of laws are collected from different sources, and then they are revised and edited through taking into account of all amendments.
